H1N1 vaccine only available to qualifying individuals
St. Tammany Parish Hospital (STPH) is offering H1N1 flu vaccinations through its Community Wellness Center, St. Tammany Physicians Network offices and Family Medical Center to individuals qualifying through certain guidelines.
The H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccinations are available to qualified individuals according to CDC guidelines at the STPH Community Wellness Center (CWC), 1505 North Florida Street, Covington, LA. Qualifying guidelines can be obtained by calling (985) 871-6030 and selecting option one.
The CWC accepts:
· Medicaid patients between 6 months and 21 years of age
· Medicare insurance Part B
· All others subject to a $10 fee
