After a day shopping for that special holiday gift, enjoy a free community concert in the heart of historic downtown Covington at the Covington Trailhead. A “Blues” Christmas at the Covington Trailhead (419 N. New Hampshire St.) is scheduled for Saturday, December 19th, 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Legendary blues performer, Bryan Lee, will entertain the audience with his “New Orleans Blues Institution” musical style. “…one of the BEST Bluesmen I have EVER HEARD…” – Eric Clapton’s quote about Bryan’s talent.
