MILITARY EXPERTS PRESENT SERIES AT SOUTHEASTERN

             HAMMOND -- Representatives of the U.S. Army War College presented a series of panel discussions regarding current military issues over two days this week at Southeastern Louisiana University as part of the Eisenhower Series College Program. Their visit was sponsored by the Southeastern Department of History and Political Science and Judge James E. Kuhn of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal. Gathered during a reception at the University Residence are, from left, Army Col. Irving Smith III, Navy Capt. William G. Davis, Army Col. Aaron A.
